We are not the City of Helen, the Helen Chamber of Commerce or the Alpine Helen/White County Convention & Visitors Bureau, and we do not speak for them. How we check facts
- Every date, price, hour and rule links to the organization that publishes it: the city, the Chamber, the Welcome Center, Georgia State Parks, the U.S. Forest Service or the business itself.
- Each fact carries the date we last checked it. When a source changes, we change the page.
- Where sources disagree, as they do on the year Helen’s makeover began, we say so and name both.
- Where nobody publishes a figure, such as walking times or the pay lot’s daily rate, we say that too, and label our own estimates as estimates.
How we use AI
